Jag är en helt vanlig människa som plötsligt började skriva låtar och sjunga in dem 2022. Jobbar som egenföretagare i hästbranschen, är gift och har två vuxna barn, och har visserligen sjungit hela livet men bara på skoj, i skogen, i duschen och i popkör, men aldrig spelat i band eller gått någon musikskola.

Det som fick fart på låtskrivandet var flera faktorer som sammanföll 2021-2022: pandemianpassning av kören, och sedan att en nära vän fick ALS och snabbt förlorade förmågan att tala, men kunde använda sin smartphone för att lyssna. Dessutom dog ett ex helt oväntat, och jag skulle strax därefter fira tjugoårig bröllopsdag med min man. Det blev tre låtar i snabb takt, och bråttom att boka in en studio för att min vän skulle hinna få lite av min sång att lyssna till på sin sjukbädd. Som tur var hade jag en festivalarrangör/musiker i min telefonbok: Jim McGuinness som arrangerar Sävefestivalen på min mark när det inte är pandemi, och han tipsade mig om en bra producent, Johan Rask, ägare av Rabbit Hole studios, Brewhouse i Göteborg.. Där startade allt... med många mindre hick ups på vägen, och några nya producentsamarbeten har krävts för att klara av min otåliga ådra när Rabbit Hole plötsligt blev överbokat.
